• Order information (selected product) — to assemble and pack the correct kit.

We do not collect payment data (card numbers, etc.). Payment is processed directly through banks or other payment services.

Only for your order. To fulfill our contract: process the order, ship it, and maintain communication with you regarding it.

For nothing else. We do not engage in email marketing, do not share your contacts for advertising, and do not use data for 'research'.

We keep your data confidential. We may disclose it to only one category of third parties:

• Delivery services (logistics companies). We disclose your name, address, and phone number only to the courier service that will deliver your order. Without this disclosure, delivery is impossible.

We retain your order data for as long as necessary for the purposes of the order, fulfillment of warranty obligations (24 months), and compliance with Thai legal requirements.

If you no longer need the warranty and want us to delete your contacts — simply request it (see section 6).

You have the full right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
